Copyright Policy

This policy covers the TC Fusion LLC apps Norae and Papote and the website tcfusion.dev. Video in our apps plays through YouTube's official embedded player. We do not download, host or redistribute video or audio, and every clip names its channel and links back to it on YouTube.

If you own a video that appears in one of our apps and you do not want it there, tell us and we will take it out of our catalog, usually within one business day. You do not need to send a formal legal notice for that: an email naming the video or channel is enough.

What a formal notice should contain

• Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner.
• The work you believe is infringed.
• The clip in our app, ideally its YouTube link or the channel name, so we can find it.
• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What we do with it

We remove the clip, or every clip from the channel if you ask, from the catalog our apps read. It disappears from the apps without an app update. Removing it from our apps does not change anything on YouTube itself; to control playback on other sites, use the embedding setting in YouTube Studio.

Counter-notices

If you believe we removed something by mistake, send a counter-notice to the agent above with the details listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
